"Have you ever wondered what it means to actually rest? The Bible talks a lot about work, but it also tackles the idea of resting. So, what is rest exactly? And why is it so important the Bible actually talks about it? And are we even DOING it right?

When Jesus died, the temple veil was torn in two. Why does that matter?
Because the torn veil showed that Christ opened the way for sinners to come to God. What had once been closed under the Old Covenant was opened through Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross.
In this sermon, I explain what the veil represented, why access to God was restricted in the Old Testament, and what Luke 23:45 teaches us about the gospel.
