For Ricky's first time leading worship he played I’ll Fly Away, Be Thou My Vision, and Are You Washed in the Blood?. The background is special. On Saturday afternoon I learned that there was no one to lead music on Sunday. We both looked at Ricky, but he's only 14 and has never even led a small group before. Ricky surprisingly said he was willing. Our hearts were filled with joy to watch him and sing with him. It's extra special thinking about how he wasn't even two years old yet when we moved to Washington and started attending WCC! What a gift to watch him grow in the same church family.
