Proof of the Resurrection: How Jesus Handled Doubt — Luke 24:37–43

The disciples had heard that Jesus was risen, but when He stood among them, they were startled and afraid. Jesus graciously handled their doubt by showing them His hands and feet, inviting them to touch Him, and eating in front of them.

The resurrection was not a symbol, feeling, vision, or metaphor. Jesus was physically, bodily, and permanently raised from the dead.
